The R & D Group LLC also offers the ability to manufacture parts when no prints exist by taking workable samples and performing complete measurements, then transferring the measurements to create a new part.

Don Moritsch, President of The R & D Group LLC, is a third generation tool maker. His grandfather and father were both tool and die makers for Allis-Chalmers, and worked on the turbines for the Hoover Dam. Don was raised in his father's shop in Silicon Valley, California, building on the experience his father and grandfather gained over the years. By 1982 he was ready to start his own business. In 1996 he moved his family from California to Pinedale, Wyoming, where he began serving the Oil and Gas Industries as well as those industries he had built his business on in the Silicon Valley. The R&D Group LLC is currently a member of the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce.
